Deep fried perfectly till the oat had stick onto the skin and the taste of it is so cripsy yet the aroma had soak into the scallop, we can taste the very thin slices of the scallop that shows the sign of its freshness. – Recommended

Love the fish meat as it is so soft and a simple steam with soy sauce is just yummy.
‘?????? – Baked Cream Brulee with King Fruit Flavour-Durian’
I have tried on brulee but I have never tried brulee with durian in it. They add in the orignal durian meat into the brulee makes it strong in taste, yet it is warm and not too creamy and after I finish mine, Ken and me was looking at others that do not want to eat, we would just grab it.. hehe.
It was a great night out and all thanks to Katie for giving us such a wonderful experience in Bak Chang Making (click here) and the dinner.

i really love peking duck/crispy aromatic duck eaten with the spring onion, cucumber and wrapped. this one looks pretty good…. which place serves the best duck served this way? and what about roast duck?
