1. Ozark Mountains in Missouri, USA, Used Twice
2. 5.14 metres (16ft 10 1/4 inches)
3. Glenmorangie takes its time to produce a single malt that is “unnecessarily well made”. A normal distillery will use their oak casts plenty of times but as for Glenmorangie, only twice which makes sure the characteristics that are infused into the whiskey is consistent and to produce the best flavors that the tongue can taste. The barley & water that is used to create Glenmorangie is at the best in quality to ensure that it produces the great flavours and with the tallest stills in Scotland, the single malt that is produced is the lightest, purest and most elegant that can be found in the world.
I love Glenmorangie as for me, I’m a single malt lover no doubt. Glenmorangie is able to tingle my senses with every sip and every breath i take. It shows characteristics so strong yet it is so easily consumable and enjoyable. I would say its one of the finer things in life that I’ve obtained and won’t trade it for anything else 🙂

1. Glenmorangie uses a number of different cask types, with all products being matured in white oak casks which are manufactured from trees growing in Glenmorangie’s own forest in the Ozark Mountains of Missouri, United States. (copied from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Glenmorangie) What’s really fundamental in the painstaking method of maturing Glenmorangie whisky is our unswerving commitment to only ever using a cask twice. Many other producers may use casks up to six or seven times; but we simply refuse to. (copied from http://www.eat-drink-etc.com/showcase/glenmorangie_whiskies)
2. At over five metres tall (16 feet 10¼ inches) the necks alone are the same height as a fully grown giraffe. (copied from http://www.eat-drink-etc.com/showcase/glenmorangie_whiskies)
3. I believe Glenmorangie is a pioneer in the special making of the whisky which makes the flavor so unique and seductive. I have yet to try one personally, but from their way of making and past history, it seems like they have to go through a lot of complicated procedures to get the perfect whisky for their customers, which makes them first amongst equals. I just love their sincerity in getting their products done in the perfect and unique way.

Answer 1: Ozark Mountains of Missouri, United States of America. The casks are only used twice.
Answer 2: 16 feet, 10 and 1/4 inches tall.
Answer 3: Glenmorangie is such a distinguished, delicious and complex single malt whisky because it pleases the senses in ways that only the accomplished Highland Master Distillers can. In the beginning, the eyes are attracted to the attractive golden amber colour. The nose then picks up the aromas which distinguishes Glenmorangie from the others. The tongue then picks up the complex flavours which pleases the palate. All these experience of the senses add up into a final perception of aftertaste which no other scotch whisky house can emulate.
I love Glenmorangie because like the swirl of the golden nectar in the glass, every sip brings my emotions in motion. The rise and fall of the waves, touch of divinity on the tongue, fruity perfume wafting in the air, the journey of a single sip finally ending with the mind of man closer to the mind of his maker. How can one not be touched by such emotions? A single malt with such fine and complex qualities as Glenmorangie is worthy to be placed on the altar of life to be honoured. There are many religions in the world, but for me, only Glenmorangie can deliver me to the divine.
