All the MRT stations are well decorated and very clean, with different stations have different painting on it.
Outside View of the station.
Then comes to this little franchise from Japan Takor which is a cuttle fish store which one of their special taste is their Toppings, comes in a few flavour.
Wasabi was our choice of topping and seriously, it nearly burn our nose out as its so spicy stim but the cuttlefish had been roast till very nice, chewy and a bit spicyy. I do not mind to have another packet.
Then next stop MRT we head to MRT Taipei City Hall to look for the direction to 101 Taipei. You can either choose to walk which is about 10 minutes walk or can take the free shutter which is directly in front of the station.
While we were walking there we saw one mall which is packed with a lot of people, me and ah Pak ran over the other area and check it out what is going on. One great thing for sure that, this area is filled with at least 3-5 shopping malls nearby and also a club district.
A mini statue of Liberty.
Then we saw 2 pretty girls standing there promoting new Ford car which is more like the Japan GT Queen already.
This girl sure do know how to pose for us as we came with camera she directly stand by the side of the car and start posing naturally.. I guess that’s the trend there that Camera says it.
Do not know what is going on but seems like they are ready for shooting.
Taipei 101 (traditional Chinese: 台北101 / 臺北101), also known as the Taipei Financial Center, is a landmark skyscraper located in Xinyi District, Taipei, Taiwan. The building ranked officially as the world’s tallest from 2004 until the opening of the Burj Khalifa in Dubai in 2010. Taipei 101, designed by C.Y. Lee & partners and constructed primarily by KTRT Joint Venture and numerous subcontractors including Samsung C&T[2] received the 2004 Emporis Skyscraper Award. The tower has served as an icon of modern Taiwan ever since its opening. Fireworks launched from Taipei 101 feature prominently in international New Year’s Eve broadcasts and the structure appears frequently in travel literature and international media. Group picture nearby the building.
From near.
Taipei 101 Mall as we felt that it is much very similiar to KLCC but smaller version.
Then we had a quick lunch in the food court and the amount of people in the food court is 5 times more than KLCC food Court during peak hours.
Mango Desert and the Mango is so sweet till we order another cup of it, just the Mango.
As I walked around the food court, I found this stall is sardin packed with people and many are waiting to buy. Coco
I order one of their signature, Mango Splash which blend with mango and other ingredient and I find it very good. Not too sweet yet the strong taste of fresh mango is there and to drink this under this hot weather is just perfect.
the store that sells the Mango Desert.
Then Tina came to find us and walk us around.
If you want to buy a property in Taipei area, these are the pricing.
One of the latest shopping mall that just open to public recently.
For photographers, you definately would love this site. Many classic and heritage feel area yet very grand which is so good for portrait and wedding photography. That is what me and ah Pak though off.
This area can just take many great shots.
On the way walking to our next destinations.
