Then place it on a egg roll wrap, spread it with a bit of the special duck sauce . .. .
What is next, just put into your mouth and enjoy the crips of it. If you are looking forward to enjoy this dish without burning a hole in your pocket, just pick up your phone and make this booking to enjoy on their current promotion Peking Duck at RM1 per duck. Only 8 is available on a daily basis (Normal Price at RM108++/duck).
Next is the ‘Double-Boiled Sun-Dried Seafood With Cordycep Bulbs’ clear soup that suits my liking, that I enjoy every sip of it that boil along with dried scallops, abalone, mushroom, red dates, dried octopus and Chinese cabbage.
The trick of eating ‘Crispy Beef Dumpling With Garlic Sauce’ is by taking the dumpling dip it flat along with the garlic sauce on the plate to coat a layer on the bottom base then enjoy it with the crispiness of the dumpling.
‘Steamed Cod Fish Seaweed Rolls’ that the rolls taste so soft nearly like homemade fishball. Just like mine to dip it with sweet and chili sauce.
If you are a bit adventurous on food then go for something purplish ‘Steamed Purple Spinach, Chicken & Prawn Dumplings’. They were pretty generous with the ingredient added it, solid and soft.
After purplish, go for something greenery ‘Braised Beancurd Topped With Crab Row & Spinach Puree’ as I just cant stop drinking the spinch puree. It taste so good, a bit thick in the puree but it was just perfect to place along the fried toufu which is so soft inside. One of the star for the night.
Among so many, this is my pick for the night, ‘Roasted Lamb Chop With Spicy Mongolian-Style Tomato Sauce’. The lamb was so soft and juicy that it was made medium rare and the Mongolian sauce that soak into the lamb just ooze out eh juice when biting on it. It’s a truly a recommended dish by me.
Last and not least, a refreshing desert that you do not want to miss, ‘Chilled Lemongrass Jelly With Aloe Vera & Lime Sorbet’, I had 3 of this when I was dining out on their tim sum range with my friends.
Now, back in demand with their ordinary traditional Hong Kong Dim Sum, Tai Zi Heen’s Signature Dim Sum and the popular Dim Sum Odyssey. If you are feeling super hungry, go for their All You Can Eat Dim Sum at RM55++ per adult and RM27.50++ per child (12 years and below) from Sat, Sun and Public Holidays from 11.30am to 2.30pm. If you are just feeling peck-ish, go for their ala-carte items. (click here for my previous review)
