On their wine room, they have variety of wine from several countries, Argentina, South Africa, Australia and other countries.
The wine we got a chance to preview or taste which is from South Australia, Petaluma that start as early as 1976 to produce ultra-premium wine by selecting the best site to produce originally from The Piccadilly Valey is consider one of the collest viticultural region at South Australia in the perfect season dry and cool most of the time.
The wine maker himself fly all the way from down under is also there on that night, to ensure people that tasted his wine are satisfy and getting some feedback.
For the first time in a dinner that I attend, I have never seen a tables decorated with so many wine glasses and sizes that from eye level look like a crystal zone.
Our cutleries were place neatly with the menu of the night position on top of the plate.
Heading to the kitchen area, where all the food were prepare and they have this big wood oven with a mini chimney. The pizza pan saucer makes me think there like the weapon used by ‘Chu Pak Kai – Journey to the West movie series’ that instead it’s a fork shape is a flat one.
The man behind all the secret and success from Down Under that recently had join into the team, he had prepared a great list of dinner to pair with the wine, the dinner contemplation to be more Aussie style.
