Steamed Foie Gras Egg Custard topped with Crab Meat Gravy
Something that look like chawanmushi but definitely the improvise version of it. It taste so soft till the egg melts in our mouth and the crab meat just taste so sweet till I was looking at Vialentino’s portion and plan to hijack his crab meat.
Assorted Sashimi
Sashimi is a must have dish when comes to Japanese food dining, without eating or ordering this means wearing shirt without wearing pants, the perfect Japanese meal would not be complete.
The whole platter is serve fresh and all the fish meat is finely slice with its average thickness and while dip it with wasabi and soy sauce, it just melts in our mouth, this shows the sign of freshness.
Thin Slice Yellow Tail with Chilli Padi and Wasabi Sauce
If you are talking about a bit mix of fusion, then this is the one, sashimi with a small slice of chili padi that add the extra umph in it! Taste sweet in the beginning and the spicy taste came out at the end which amazes us, something worth to try.
maki – Eel, Avocado, Deep Fried Soft Shell Crab Sushi Roll with Almond Sauce that I love how the aroma of the almond sauce coated over the rice and crispy soft shell crab.

Hot Green Tea Poured over Rice in a Bowl served with Deep Fried Prawn Tempura
This would be my first time to have such a unique combination.
Hot green tea being poured into the rice that a makes it something like porridge but the taste is clear with mild green tea taste and most of us lick to the last drop of the bowl.
Deep Fried Beancurd makes one of my favourite, a bit crips on the skin, simply soft on the inside, eat a small spoon with the sauce is just good.
Normally I am not a fan of pudding but Macha Purin (Green tea pudding) did make me finish the whole cup with its chill version and aromatic soft green tea taste.

the Thin Slice Yellow Tail with Chilli Padi wasn’t that spicy hot with just enough kick in it. Also learned some usefull tips in making better sushi.
