Jingle bell, jingle bell as month of December is the happiest festive season of the year. Christmas is just around the corner. I could not help but Taste by Champignon in Ekocheras had come out with their winter series edition. This is so cute especially with rain deer and ginger breadman. Snowman is edible too but on special request.

This winter season all are pretty good. A nice balance of flavour, with layers of flavour. Each of the dessert is master crafted. Look at the thin layer of top follow by multiple layer of ingredients in it. Some of the pastry even take 2-3 days to complete.
My personal favourite will be:

- Black Forest
- Mont Blanc
