Tujo is regeneration to serve a fresh flavour of Retro Blast as it introduces its refreshed concept. Party peeps like us back in the 80’s, Macarena in the 90’s or those boy band era is sure going to enjoy with the genre of music here. A bar in KL that brings you back to memory lane is like MTV rewind.
Tujo starts the week right with CHILL vibes to help you unwind from the Monday blues. Featuring special acoustic performances and drink promotions throughout the night, you’ll be looking forward to the rest of the week in no time.
Tuesdays are all about PLAY time, as Tujo introduces its game night. With a brand-new pool table and dart machines, patrons will have the opportunity to take on the Tujo House Champ in their game of choice. Anyone who defeats the House Champ in pool or darts will receive RM30 Tujo dining vouchers. Tuesday night is also Bingo night, with an opportunity to win an RM10 Tujo Dining Voucher for the first one to get 5 numbers in a row. On top of that, you’ll be able to enjoy the Beer Buffet for an hour (RM70++) or two (RM110++) as you take on the games for the night.
It’s Ladies Night on WINK Wednesdays, featuring special cocktails and promotions specially for the women. Ladies need to be sure to wear their dancing shoes to Tujo on Wednesdays as the resident DJ, Sanjay Paramount will be playing the best R&B tunes from the 90s and early 00s. Ladies who post their best poses with the “house hot hunks” on WINK Wednesdays also stand to win a bottle of bubbly every week.
On Thursday nights, Tujo turns it up to full retro blast with its resident LIVE band, “Albert, Vijay & Bada”. As one of the city’s liveliest cover bands, the band will be ensuring you stay on the dancefloor with their setlist of retro tunes – from The Beatles to Queen, there’s no way one can resist dancing the night away. Thursdays at Tujo will also feature performances by Malaysia’s Queen of Soul Elvira Arul and supreme songstress Joy Victor who will take turns to wow Tujo patrons on alternate weeks. To sweeten the deal, patrons can enjoy an array of premium red and white wines from the Wine Buffet.
The DANCE party continues when Friday night rolls around with DJ Jinggo serving up the best party hits from our favourite eras.
On Saturday, indulge in an exotic journey as Goa takes over for the day. Having just relocated from its previous location last year, Goa’s signature dishes by the Queen of Spice, Celebrity Chef Sapna Anand, take precedence on the weekends, enabling guests to take their taste buds on a journey and EXPLORE the tantalizing flavours of Modern Indian Cuisine, including the Thali Set dinner (starting at RM35++) which is available on weekends and comes with a choice of main, and unlimited appams, flavoured rice and sides. All of this is complemented by special contemporary performances that are bound to transport you to India.
Further complementing the new Tujo, several new dishes were also added to the menu to mark the new chapter. Taking comfort food to new heights, Tujo’s menu features a plethora of local and international delights with additions such as the Wagyu Fried Kway Teow, the Ayam Percik Platter, the Tujo Wagyu Burger, Crispy Chicken Burger, Seafood Marinara as well as the Malaysiana Pizza, a unique nasi lemak pizza with traditional chicken floss, to name a few. For those looking for smaller bites, Tujo has that covered too with their Sausage & Spice dish, Tomato or Mushroom Bruschetta, and Nibbles Platter.
Since it was a very busy busy on that night and food were rather slow, but the food turns out to be quite impressive despive full house and with crazy crowd around.
All the food served on our table were quite good despite how busy in the kitchen, with Korean Fried Chicken, Sizzling lamb hotplate and tenderloin beef is all good!
