Bubble tea hype had reached their new hype. With so many brands flocking in, crazy people queue for hours just to get their 5-1o minutes thirst quencher. Finally, I was in luck over the long weekend and saw the queue at Tiger Sugar in Sunway Pyramid is a short one, we quickly jump into the line to check this brand out.
Most of their menu is not that big. Usual first timer selection will be their signature.
Their Signature is Brown Sugar Boba milk with cream Mousse @ RM 12.90. Mind you that, the latest trend for a cup of bubble tea is crazy expensive. The difference of this brand compare to others is their signature cream mousse.
Was told by the server that we need to turn upside down for 8 times before drinking it. Well, some of my friends just stir it for better experience. So it is really up to you how you are doing it just to enjoy your boba.
To me, this is by far the sweetest boba tea. Is only the sweetness of brown sugar give you a big punch in your palate. Milk taste is quite prominent as it didnt blend well. A creamy taste from the mousse and Boba is slight chewy.
My current boba standing chart:
Signature drink:
1. Xing Fu Tang,
2. The Alley
3. Tiger Sugar (by far the sweetest among these 3 brands)
Normal Milk tea:
1. The Alley (pretty good!)
I wrote in my previous blog, so which do you prefer? Tiger Sugar vs The Alley
