How is your week so far? Why not start your week with a lovely breakfast.. I have heard about Yeast for quite a while and never did really plan to step into this outlet till recently as my friend would want me to try it out. It is not about that, as constantly had been let down with my brunch places.
I believe YEAST is no stranger to most the folks around the area.
Upon walking into their outlet, I instantly fell in love with their Danish & Pastries section as it all look so tempting and fresh.
Love the setting of the dining area with checkered black and white titles, cooking bar seating area and area is slightly tight though if it hit full house (especially during night).
For coffee is nothing to shout about. .
Egg provencal @ RM 17 certainly beats many places that I have went to. Cook to perfection that both egg yolk are runny, base red bean are baked well that did not create a thick burn crust on the top. A simple cut on the yolk and mix with the red bean tomato type base is just nice to go along with their fresh toast bread that added along.
Found my new love Pain Perdu Aux Pommes Caramelisees – Broiche French Toast @ RM 18 as its being done cleverly, whereby I believe the bread is being steam then toast (if I am not wrong). Its super moist and soft that its quite near to pudding texture and eat along with its caramelize apple is just perfect.
Tried their Pain Au Chocolate @ RM 6 as the pastries puff is slight crispy with and chocolate is not too sweet yet solid enough to make it great.
Would surely come back more for their pastries and brunch or dinner maybe.
