If you are lost and do not know what to eat, this is one of the area that I would always turn into when I am out of ideas for eatery. A simple delicious street food that I always enjoy even when I first came down to KL 6 years ago when I discover this place for cheap eats.
In the morning itself, its a mini carpark area right infront on Honda Showroom at Jalan Imbi that cater for folks around the area for quick eats.
When the night hits, the area is being sealed off and converted into a mini hawker area that host a few street food and one which is the main highlight or well known is this Famous Yong Tau Fu stall that operate by two guys.
Yong Tau fu is a type of simple food where you pick and choose your food from the mini tray area like economy rice then put it on your plate. Ranging from Fish paste with Chili, ladies finger stuff with mince meat, brinjal with mince meat, fried items such as, “Tau kee, fu chuk” & others along with my favourite Fried Wantan and their home made fish ball that I would not miss.
Most of the ingredients and itemas are prepare fresh for the night as they keep replanishing when the food is running low. Simple items starts as low as RM0.80 – RM 3.
Other food is at your own risk to order and I find that the Fish Ball Soup is not bad.
