Love their house wine, as their range is pretty decent.
Starting our first dish with some healthy meals. Asian Tabbouleh @ RM 22 – A vegetarian dish that is nice and filled with Couscous salad with tomato, cucumber capsicum, chopped fresh herbs and romaine lettuce. Love this simple aromatic dish as the hint of lemon that goes well with the ingredient in it. A great twist.
For something simple, heading up north for Big Pho Ga @ RM 18 – Vietnamese rice noodles with chicken and bean sprouts served in a hot broth. There are variety version of broth as this version is cook on milder soup broth to make it clear and simple.
If you love stronger food flavour, then Indochina Beef Ragout is one of a better option to hit on. @ RM 25 – French inspired beef stew. Slow cook braised with carrots and sweet potatoes, topped with fried shallots and served with warm fragrant steamed rice. Gravy is thick and beef is cook to perfection that it is so soft and juicy.
Paella
Moroccan Lamb Tajine @ RM 26 – Slow-cooked tender lamb shoulders with almonds and prunes. served with couscous and garnish with coriander. Love this so much where I could not stop digging in. Instead of using rice, they replace it with couscous and lamb is cook to my liking, soft and tender yet gravy is hit with some cinnamon spices that gives you little hint of sweetness yet a well balance of taste.
Smokin Salmon @ RM 26 – smoked salmon in a thin crust pizza base, with cream sauce and mozzarella sprinkled with chopped spring onion .
Silky Carbonara @ RM 19 – Classic Carbonara with Egg, Crispy Turkey Ham and Cheese. Not your typical carbonara as this is slightly more dry version as chef learn to cook during his days in overseas.
With a twist of flavour and presented differently – The Salmon Salsa gives you a sourish salsa flavour yet bed of potato mash is so soft. @ RM 30 – Pan seared Norwegian salmon in a bed of potato mash, homemade salsa and a bed of baked cherry tomatoes.
Creme Brulee @ RM 12 – Rich Vanilla custard based dessert with caramelize sugar.
It is a nice place to hit on some Mediterranean food, as the price and ambiance here is nice. Workers around the area now could enjoy their set lunch too. The only set back is parking. There are a few places to park to hit into this hotel where behind the hotel there is a parking lot, or you can park at pudu building or hospital open space carpark and walk over.
