Korean desserts were once a big hype since arrival of Caffe Bene. Bingsu Cafe which is located in the busy district of Uptown Damansara is one of a latest introduction from my friend that instantly went into my top 3 bingsu place.
Menu is rather simple with its cashier that looks like not keen in doing business for the day attitude do not stop people from flocking in all round.
Their Signature is Bingsu and however they do have others such as toast, ice cream and their coffee seems doing well as I see many people ordering it too.
Its quite hard for me to resist flavours that comes with Mango and therefore we choose Mango Cheese Bingsu @ RM 16.90 to start off with. Super in love with their super unique ice texture as its yet fluffy cotton soft and very mild sweetness, to pair along with ice cream and the whole item is top notch. Cheese cubes do enhance the taste of it.
We were pretty full and still would want to try another flavour. Therefore we go for their signature Black Sesame Bingsu @ RM 14.90
This round I mix everything around like ice kacang and this is the texture that being well coated with red bean, almond flakes and sesame powder being evenly spread. Strong taste of seasame do enhance the whole flavour, it might be too much for me if I were to finish the whole bowl my self as I am not really a huge fan of sesame.
Among many other bingsu I have tried, this is certainly one of my recommendations place to be, however it is certainly not cheap.
