Recently, I was introduce by my best friend for this hidden gem in Plaza Damas – A Minor Place which offer Eat All You Can/ Buffet Economy Rice at the price of RM9.50 for lunch and RM 12.50 for dinner. I have came here numerous time yet I have still miss out this shop which tuck right at the corner before you turn into TGI Fridays that stretch.
This outlet is run by own family business and the owner is very friendly. He will do drop by to talk to all his new customers, get to know them including us, and why is he doing this. Its his passion to provide cheap affordable food to people.
You can expect nice home cook food version at their hot food counter that ranges from the usual typical ecnomy rice that you can find and I am impress with the taste for such a price that they are offering. You can easily get 20 items at one go and best of all is that once the dish is finish, they will serve different dish.
For example, if Roast Pork is finish, then they will serve dark soy sauce roast pork. Still same roast pork but different cooking method now.
They also offer fried rice, soup of the day, spaghetti for alternative.
Here you go for the price as they have operate in this area for more than 3 years. The catch is, the buffet price does not include drink. The drink is consider quite reasonable too, as for a tea ais is around RM 2. After discover this place, I have visited 3 times already and surely its under my recommendation for such a good value at this area.
The only set back is that the parking here is pretty expensive for a area like this. If I am not mistaken is at RM 2-RM2.50 per hour even after 5/6pm or event on weekend. Its calculated per hour basis.
